PAF Songs Audio/Video Production Tender - Pakistan Air Force

Pre-qualification and bidding for the production of PAF Songs (Audio/Video) for FY 2026-27.

Eligibility

Registered agency with FBR, having NTN, registered with Income Tax Department, on active tax payer list on FBR portal, not blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Govt Department, and submitting balance sheets and duly audited accounts for the past three years. Agencies with incomplete documents shall not be considered for further processing.

How to Apply

Submit proposals in a sealed envelope duly marked as 'Pre-Qualification of Printing and Production Agency' to Director Public Relations, Directorate General Public Relations (Air Force), Sector E-9 Air Headquarters Islamabad. Expression of Interest document can be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk and www.paf.gov.pk.

Notes

A bid security of PKR 10,000 in the form of Pay order/Bank Draft/CDR in favor of PAF Publicity Fund is required with technical documents. Bid security for unsuccessful applicants will be returned; for selected agencies, it will convert to performance security. PAF reserves the right to reject any proposals as per PPRA Rules 2004, Rule 33. Late bids will be returned unopened as per PPRA Rules 28. Queries must be in writing. Shortlisted agencies will be called for a comprehensive presentation.
