Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security @ 3% of the estimated cost (PKR 623,400) in the form of Bank Draft/Call Deposit/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque in favor of Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha, uploaded on EPADS. Bidders must bid for the entire quantity. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Evaluation will be for the lot as a whole. Prices must be inclusive of all taxes, freight, installation, and commissioning. Agriculture Department reserves the right to reject all bids.
