Single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Manual bids not accepted. Bid security of Rs. 3,668,016/- (5% of estimated cost) in favor of Treasurer UOG required. Only technically responsive bidders' financial bids will be opened. Corrupt/unreadable e-bids will be rejected. Procuring agency may reject any bids as per PPRA Rules 2014. No telegraphic/postal bids accepted. Bidders must quote item rates. If deadline falls on official holidays, the next working day will be the deadline. A Grievance Redressal Committee is available.
