Eligibility: Contractors/firms must be registered with tax authorities and Pakistan Engineering Council, meet eligibility criteria under BPP Rules 2014, and provide required documentary evidence (registration, PEC, NTN, proof of similar experience, list of machinery and staff, etc.).
