How to Apply
Bids must be submitted on e-PADS on or before 2026-04-30, not later than 12:30 PM. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day on e-PADS at 01:00 PM. Submission of hard copies of bids shall not be accepted. Bidders shall submit e-bids through uploading PDF file on e-PADS.

Bid Security in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/PO/Demand Draft/Banker Cheque except insurance bond for an amount of 3% of estimated cost i.e. Rs. 584,680.11/- in favor of Director Procurement & Stores, WASA. Bids will be valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. No tender via telegraph or by post will be accepted. Procurement shall be made under PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
