Issuing authority: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala). Tender Notice No. 4056-57-Advt/CKL/02/E-4 dated 01 Sep 2026. Sealed tenders are invited for emergency works at PAF Base (E).
Key conditions: tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications (with complete credentials as referenced in the notice) are scrutinized and found to have sufficient relevant experience. Contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no outstanding Special Report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) exists against them. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Only contractors borne on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Contractors may attend the tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders.
