Tender: Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (56 km) — District Dera Bugti, Balochistan

Issuer: Project Director, Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (56 KM).

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids for construction works for the year 2026 under Composite Schedule Rates 2023 (percentage rates).

Procurement rules: Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) supplier dashboard.

Additional fees & payments: A tender processing fee of Rs. 1,000 is payable to account No. C02716 (head: PD, CRBM).

Eligibility and requirements:

• Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan) is mandatory for all bidders.
• Presence on the Active Taxpayers List.
• The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
• Turnover: at least PKR 2,600,000,000 in three successive previous years showing financial capacity.
• Experience: bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.
• JV: Joint ventures allowed with a maximum of 2 partners; each partner must hold at least 30% share and meet eligibility criteria in proportion to their JV share. A duly signed and stamped JV agreement must be submitted.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in favor of the undersigned.
