Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila invites sealed tenders on FOR Taxila basis from suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for supply of the following items. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, are available from the Supply Chain Management Department against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR/Pay Order in favour of HMC.

Submission and opening: Sealed tenders must be addressed to the CFO, clearly marked with the tender number and prepared in accordance with the bidding documents. Tenders must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 1400 hours on 2026-09-17. Tenders will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility: Suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available from the Supply Chain Management Department for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500/- (CDR/Pay Order in favour of HMC).
HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tender process at any stage prior to award of contract.
