Firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field, satisfying special conditions, not involved in litigation with government departments, no outstanding reports from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and on the approved List of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience.
