Issuing Authority: Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing). Sealed/E-tenders are invited for construction of PCC/asphalt and drainage works in multiple Union Councils (UCs) of Lahore. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required category, hold a valid PEC license, active NTN, and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

Submission: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial proposals are to be uploaded as per the e-Procurement rules. Bid security must be provided as specified below. Bids will be opened on the dates and times indicated in the table.
