CTD Sheikhupura e-Tender FY 2026-27 — Procurement of Supplies & Services (7 Lots)

Regional Office, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Sheikhupura Region invites e-Bids through Punjab E-Procurement system for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items/services on framework contract for FY 2026-2027. Eligible firms/companies, General Order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) may participate via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Total estimated cost: PKR 24.3 million. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount for each lot (see table). Bidding documents and terms & conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement website and the PPRA website. Bids will be opened under PPR Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key dates and submission instructions:

- E-Bid submission deadline (upload): 2026-09-15 at 11:00 AM PKT.

- E-Bid opening: 2026-09-15 at 11:30 AM PKT (in presence of bidders/representatives).

- E-Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidding documents, terms and conditions and other details are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.

Additional requirements and conditions (as published):

- Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each lot is required.

- Samples of items (except repair work) must be submitted before the e-bid opening date & time at the office of RO CTD Sheikhupura where applicable.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
