Elite Police Training Centre (EPTC), Nowshera invites sealed proposals to prequalify firms/suppliers and conclude Open Framework Agreement(s) for the "Supply of Raw Ration and Miscellaneous Food Items" for the mess of EPTC for the Financial Year 2026-27 under KPPRA Rule 31A (Framework Contract). Only prequalified applicants will be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement.
