WSSCA Abbottabad Tender: Annual Repair & Maintenance Packages and Head Office Renovation (Sept 2026)

Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA) invites bids from reputed contractors registered with PEC in the applicable category, holding valid NTN and KPRA registration and Active Filing Status on the ATL of FBR & KPRA. Bids are invited on single-stage one-envelope basis through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under KP Procurement Rules.

Key Instructions & Eligibility

- Download bidding documents from EPADS: kp.eprocure.gov.pk after submission of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (deposit in favour of Chief Executive Officer WSSCA, Bank of Khyber A/C No. (0043)002006320317, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad).

- Quoted rates valid for 3 months from bid closing. Evaluation of packages (1–5) will be carried out separately. Rates to be inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies and duties.

- Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security. Additional bid security requirements apply as per KPPR A regulation No. XIV 2022 (S.R.O. (14) Vol: 1-24/2021-22, dated May 10, 2022) if applicable.

- Original tender fee receipt and original bid security must be submitted to the WSSCA procurement committee at the time of bid opening.

Deadlines & Meetings

- Pre-Bid Meeting: 2026-09-14 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Manager (HR, Admin & Procurement), WSSCA.

- Bid Submission: Upload complete bidding documents on EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 11:30 AM on 2026-09-17.

- Bid Opening: 2026-09-17 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives.
