PIDCL Re-invitation of Bids (E-Procurement) for Street Lighting & Electrical Works in Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. PIDCL invites re-submission of bids through the online E-PADS/E-procurement system for multiple contract packages for street lighting, electrical works, installation of lights and pumping/electrical station works across various towns and union councils in Karachi.

Scope: Multiple contract packages for providing and fixing street lights, installation of electrical poles, lights and related works, and electrical/mechanical works for pumping stations and water supply schemes in areas including Landhi Town, Korangi (including Korangi/Bagh, Korangi Awami Colony, Shah Faisal Town), North Karachi, Nazimabad, Liaquatabad, Surjani Town and other Karachi localities.

Eligibility & Requirements: Registered contractors with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category (PEC grades cited in the notice, e.g., C-4 to C-6, as applicable per package). Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sales Tax if applicable and must provide bid security as specified in the tender documents.

Bid Security & Fees: Bid securities are required for each package in the form and amounts specified in the tender documents. A non-refundable tender document fee (mentioned in the notice) must be submitted as specified. Detailed amounts and PEC requirements vary by package and are provided in the e-Tender documents.
