- Taxation: Proof of FBR registration and NTN number; including last income tax return.
- Professional licensing: Certificate of registration with PEC as a construction contractor (where applicable).
- Non-blacklisting certificate: Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.
