Issuer: College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). Purpose: One-stage, two-envelope tender to hire a reputable construction contractor for the construction of the CPSP Regional Centre, Bahawalpur. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar works with documented proof required.
Tender documents (Terms of Reference) can be purchased from CPSP Regional Centre Lahore and CPSP Head Office Karachi on written request. Non-refundable fee: Rs. 5,000 payable by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan". Bids must be submitted on the prescribed tender form and include earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan".

| 9. Non-Blacklisting | Affidavit that the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client |
Submission Details: Documents to be submitted directly to the Projects Department, CPSP Regional Centre Bahawalpur. Deadline: 2026-08-29 by 10:00 AM. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per rules without assigning any reason.
