Tender Notice: Medical Supplies & Disposables for Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology (FY 2026-27)

The Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad, invites electronic bids (re-tender) for procurement of medical supplies, disposables, medicines and nuclear medicine items for the Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and as Active Tax Payers of the Federal Board of Revenue must submit bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Important Instructions:

- Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 (single stage two envelope basis, as amended).

- Bidding documents and detailed terms can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies of financial instruments (bid security) must be submitted with the bid as proof of submission and reach the procuring agency before the tender opening; submission of hard copies is required by 11:00 AM on the date of tender opening for each package.

- The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.

- For online submission use the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Response time and deadlines are calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the PPRA website.
