GEPCO Tender for Reconditioning 200 × 50 kVA Distribution Transformers (Tender No. 786/96/TRW)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for reclamation/reconditioning of damaged irreparable distribution transformers for delivery at GEPCO Regional Store, 132 kV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala.

How to obtain and submit bids:

- Tender documents and bidding details are available on the e-procurement portal: www.eprocure.gov.pk (E-PAIDS/E-PA-PPR platform). Documents must be obtained and bids submitted through the e-procurement system.

Eligibility and important conditions:

- Registered or pre-qualified firms with proven track record in manufacturing or reclaiming transformers and experience with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA may participate.
- Bids must include the required Bid Guarantee (CDR) and shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening; the Bid Guarantee must be valid for 150 days.
- Participating firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR/Government of Pakistan.
- Conditional tenders or tenders without the required Bid Guarantee will not be accepted.
- GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPR rules.
