Eligibility and documents required:
- Firms/contractors on approved MES lists or other government departments with experience in this type of work may apply.
- All contractors must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and a bank statement.
- Firms not on the approved MES list must provide proof of being on the appropriate list of the concerned department, a statement of financial standing supported by a bank certificate, details of staff, details of tools and plant, and previous experience (details and type of work executed in the last two years).
Financial/security conditions:
- Contractors not on MES approved lists or those suspended from MES must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR, Deposit at Call, etc. The amount is refundable under stated conditions.
Submission and other notes:
- Applications/tenders are to be submitted to CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office at PNS Karsaz Karachi.
- CMES (Navy) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and is not required to justify the grounds for rejection. Incomplete applications or missing data shall not be entertained.
