NTC E-Bidding: Civil, Public Health, Electrical & Dismantling Works (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

National Tariff Commission (NTC) invites electronic bids (E-PADS) from well-reputed firms registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN & GST) and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (valid registration), with setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, for multiple civil maintenance/works packages.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS/EPMS portal. Only firms already registered on EPADS as vendors are eligible to bid online.

- Firms must be registered with NTN & GST, hold valid PEC registration, and be established in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

- Interested firms should submit 3 years of satisfactory completion certificates in relevant nature of work and must have work experience in RED ZONE areas. Attested copies of relevant documents must be provided.

- Original Bid Security / Earnest Money (CDR/Payorder) equal to 2% of the estimate must be submitted with bids. Successful bidders must submit Performance Security CDR/Payorder of 5% of the contract value.

- Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of a certificate (on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.50) declaring that the firm is not involved in any litigation.

Submission and opening:

- Tender documents, terms & specifications can be downloaded from the PPRA EPADS/EPMS portal and NTC website.

- Bids will be opened on 2026-08-27 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders via EPADS at 3rd Floor, State Life Building No.5, China Chowk, Blue Area, Islamabad.

Other notices:

- Late, incomplete or conditional bids will not be entertained. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Firms are advised to conduct physical site inspection prior to submission (office hours 08:00–16:00).
