Submission Requirements: Submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal (original one copy) and a Financial Proposal (original one copy) in separate sealed envelopes. RFP processing is through the e-Pad system; hard copy originals are required as specified in the RFP.
RFP Documents / Terms of Reference: Available from the Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W (Mega Projects) Division Swat on any working day during office hours. Documents can be obtained at least three working days before the closing date on payment of Rs. 5,000 (cash).
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by 2026-08-28 up to 12:00 Noon.
