College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under One-Stage, Two-Envelope bidding procedure from reputable construction contractors for the construction of the CPSP Regional Centre, Dera Ismail Khan (D.I. Khan). Firms must have a minimum of 5 years' documented experience in similar works.
Terms of reference (TORs) and tender documents can be purchased from CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad or CPSP Headquarters Karachi on written request. Purchase fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Pay Order/Bank Draft should be drawn in favor of "College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan."
Bid submission must include a Bid Security equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. Two sealed envelopes (technical and financial) must be packed in one sealed envelope as per the one-stage two-envelope procedure. Bids will be opened on the same day. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
