Punjab Highways Department Tender — Dualization of New-Lahore Road, Narowal (Bids due 2026-08-27)

• No joint ventures will be accepted; joint venture/consortium submissions will not be considered.
• Contractors must not be blacklisted. Specific documents (company registration, PEC registration, NTN, tax clearance, affidavit(s) including non-blacklist/non-litigation declarations, power of attorney, other statutory certificates) are required to be uploaded as per portal instructions.
• Incomplete or conditional tenders, or those received after the portal closing time/date, will be rejected.
