Executive Engineer Buildings, CWPP&H Department, District Tump invites sealed percentage tenders from interested Government Contractors/Firms (with renewal for year 2026) for multiple construction, repair and rehabilitation works under BSDI Phase-III on Composite Schedule of Rates 2006 (G.O.B) and up-to-date rates. Tender fee Rs. 1,000 (to be deposited in shape of Green Challan in Head of Account 02726). Earnest Money: 2% of bid; Time limit: 08 months for each work.
Submission & eligibility: Bidders must follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders blacklisted by any procuring agency are not eligible. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call or as specified in the bidding documents. Tender documents, conditions and scheduled items are available from the office of the undersigned. Tenders to be submitted as sealed bids by the specified deadline; opening on the same day in presence of bidders or their representatives.
