Eligibility & Requirements: At least five (05) assignments of similar nature and complexity; turnover of at least PKR 25,000,000 during the five preceding years; Active Taxpayer List status; valid Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration; Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) registration; audited accounts certified by a Chartered Accountant for FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25; local office with field and support staff for service, support and maintenance; successful completion of five (05) customized software-development assignments in the public sector during the last three (03) years; bidder must not be blacklisted and must undertake to complete the contract within the stipulated period after issuance of the work order.
Notes: Only electronic bids shall be submitted; bidders must be registered on the BPPRA EPPS. Bid security must be provided as specified.
