HMC Tender HMC-43/2026 for Tig Wire, CO2 Gas Cylinder & Gas Tube Level Indicator — closing 2026-08-31

Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Tender No: HMC-43/2026. Sealed tenders are invited from suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for supply on CFR Karachi / FOR Taxila basis.

Submission: Sealed tenders addressed to CFO, clearly marked with the tender number, must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila by 1400 hours on 2026-08-31. Tenders will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid documents: Available from the Department of Supply Chain Management and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR / Pay Order in favour of HMC.

Other conditions: HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award. Bidders should follow terms and conditions in the bidding documents.
