Pakistan Petroleum Limited — Extraordinary General Meeting for Election of Directors on 31 August 2026

Issuer: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held to elect ten directors (including a female director) for a term of three years in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.

Meeting details: Monday, 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at Movenpick Hotel, Karachi, and via video link (Zoom Cloud Meetings).

Registration and document submission: Members wishing to attend (in person or via video link) must register and provide required information by close of business on Friday, 28 August 2026. Required information includes full name, CNIC number, Folio / CDC account number, email address and cell number. Submit information to: [email protected].

Eligibility to attend and vote: Only persons whose names appear in the register of members of the Company as at 24 August 2026 will be entitled to attend, participate in and vote at the Meeting.

Share transfer books: The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from 25 August 2026 until 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive).
