Key submission and eligibility details:
- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- per package.
- Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of all taxes) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.
- Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening.
- Original bank draft/pay order and documents must reach the office one day before opening; tender documents can be issued up to one day before opening.
- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Delivery period and penalties will apply as per tender terms.
- Tenders containing cutting/overwriting or incomplete bids are liable to be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage without assigning reasons.
