Open Tender Notice 59-62/2026 — Procurement of AP Network Components, Autoclave, Building Renovation & 400KVA Diesel Generator (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for the supply of listed items. Tender documents available against written request on firm letterhead along with bank draft/pay order of advertised fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Key instructions:

• Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- per package (non-refundable).
• Tender in cash will not be accepted.
• Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
• Tenders received after the opening date/time will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days.
• Tender documents will not be issued to firms who failed to supply stores against past orders.
• Original bank draft must be received ONE DAY before the opening date of tender. Last date of issuance of tender documents is ONE DAY before opening date.
• Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.
