Invitation for Bids — Purchase of RFSOC-Based Signal Processing Board (NEC Pakistan)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NEC) invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of the following item for FY 2026-2027.

Eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed Terms & Conditions and specifications from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request on Firm's letter head along with payment of tender fee (non-refundable) between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs on working days. Invitation for bids is also available on www.ppra.org.pk.

Bids must be accompanied by earnest money @ 1% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Call Deposit. Bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations on prices are allowed. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) as per PPRA 2004.
