Punjab Highways Department Tenders – Road Repair & Dualization Works in Mandi Bahauddin (Jun 2026)

Punjab Highways Department invites online tenders via the PPRA E-Tendering system for multiple highway repair and dualization works in Mandi Bahauddin. Eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal (www.punjab.pprocure.gov.pk) may participate. Earnest money (CDR) of 5% of the estimated/bid cost must be uploaded online; original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening or the bid will be disqualified. Bids will be retrieved and opened at the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle, Gujrat on the date below. Submission is online only under applicable PPRA rules.
