Pakistan Tobacco Company — Letter of Intent for Corporate Rent-a-Car Services (LOI # Y26/RO/CCRS/05)

Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC) invites Letters of Intent from qualified service providers for corporate Rent-a-Car services to support miscellaneous travel by employees and guests within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and other major cities of Pakistan.

Key eligibility & required documents:

• Company profile and legal status (Company, Partnership, etc.) with formation documents (certificate of incorporation, memorandum & articles where applicable) and registered address, telephone, fax and email.
• Clear statement of interest specifying any or all parts of the required scope of work.
• Profile including area of expertise and organogram; list of clientele with services provided.
• List of professional staff with CVs and list of equipment/resources (including local and associated/foreign firms where applicable).
• List of similar projects/experience with reference certificates for the last 5 years.
• NTN, GST and EOBI registration certificates; annual income tax returns for last 3 years; last 3 years audited accounts/financial statements; bankers' certificate regarding financial soundness.
• Affidavit certifying the entity is not blacklisted by any government authority or any PTC office and is not involved in litigation with any government department or the Company.

Pre-requisites & important notes:

• Only registered entities (e.g., partnership or private limited company) with relevant experience (including work with multinational companies) will be considered.
• Staff must be reliable, have no criminal record, and comply with PTC Environmental, Health & Safety policies and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Applicants must comply with all applicable Pakistani labor and tax laws.
• PTC reserves the right to accept or reject any LOI without assigning a reason. The LOI does not create a binding obligation to award a contract. Final rates will be negotiated/selected from interested parties for award of contracts and rates may be locked for the agreed period.
