Director Finance (P.O. Box 1482), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department and having offices with telephone and fax facilities in Islamabad. Tenders are for supply/installation of testing and machining equipment. Tender documents, terms & conditions, and submission requirements are below.

How to apply / key requirements

- Eligibility: Registered manufacturers/stockists on FOR, Islamabad with Sales Tax registration and local office contact details.
- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per tender (as shown).
- Earnest money: 2% of total order value in the form specified.
- Payments: Bank draft/pay order in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.
- Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening. Original bank draft must reach the office one day before opening date. Tender documents available on written request on firm letterhead along with bank draft/pay order against the tender fee.
- Submission: Sealed envelope, super-scribed with tender number and sent to Head Procurement. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations.
