Pakistan Tobacco Company — Letter of Intent for Corporate Rent A Car Services (LOI # Y26/ROC/CCRS/05)

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited invites interested parties to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for Corporate Rent A Car services for miscellaneous travel within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and other major cities of Pakistan by employees and/or guests of the Company.

Required documents & key eligibility/qualification criteria:

• LOI bearing the tender number and covering the requested scope of work.
• Party profile and legal status (e.g., Company, Partnership, etc.) with copies of formation/registration documents, certificate of incorporation, memorandum & articles, and registered address.
• Letter of Intent must include entity/firm profile, area of expertise, organogram, list of clients with services provided, list of professional staff and CVs, and a list of equipment and resources (local/associated/foreign firms if any).
• Affidavit that the entity/firm is not blacklisted by any government authority and is not involved in litigation with government departments or the Company.
• NTN, GST, EOBI registration certificates; annual income tax return statements for the last 3 years; audited accounts/financial statements for the last 3 years; bank certificates relating to financial soundness.
• List of similar projects/experience with reference certificates for the last 5 years.

Pre-requisites & additional conditions:

• Only parties with relevant experience (including with multinational firms/companies) and a registered status will be considered.
• All staff must be reliable and trustworthy; bidders must comply with applicable laws, Environmental, Health & Safety Policy and Company Supplier Code of Conduct; must be tax-paying entities.
• The Company may accept or reject any bid/LOI without assigning any reason and is not bound to create any obligation. Submission after stated deadline will not be considered.
