Open Tender Notice (30-32/2026) — Ultrasonic Testing Equipment & Machines — Islamabad

Head Procurement, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis, registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from Head Procurement on firm letterhead by submitting the required tender fee via bank draft/pay order in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value, payable in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders accompanied by conditions or received after the deadline will not be entertained. Validity of tenders must be at least 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply goods ordered. Tender envelopes should be super-scribed with tender number and due date.

- Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. The last date to obtain tender documents is one day before the opening date.
