SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids — Transmission Line Materials (SEPCO Sukkur)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites e-bids on a Single Stage–One Envelope (FCS) basis from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for supply of transmission-line materials under SEPCO's own resources. Submission through E-PADS (PPRA) is mandatory.

Major categories requested include: tower sections and accessories (ZM-1 type towers, leg extensions, stubs & cleats), transmission line fittings (suspension/link fittings), earthing materials, stock-bridge dampers, tower grounding rods and related hardware for transmission line works.

Key procurement details and requirements:

• Procurement method: National Competitive Bidding via E-PADS (PPRA). Registration on E-PADS and electronic submission of bids are required.
• Bid validity: E-bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Bids with shorter validity will be treated as non-responsive.
• Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan (CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order) valid for 120 days from the date of opening, in favour of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur.
• Funding: Procurement will be funded from SEPCO's own sources.
• SEPCO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities up to 15% and to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
