National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of HR Officer (OG-III / OG-II) in the Human Resource Management function. Applications are accepted online for contractual appointments aimed at supporting HR and BAU activities across branch networks.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with Bachelor's or Master's in HR / Public Administration or HR-related professional certification are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources and/or banking. |
| Skills / Knowledge | Good communication and interpersonal skills, effective team player, service oriented, knowledge of MS Office applications, and understanding of HR functions. |
| Main Duties / Responsibilities | Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships; support HR-related BAU activities; assist in implementation of HR initiatives/projects; respond to HR-related queries; maintain and prepare HR reports and database; keep abreast of modern HR practices and market trends; perform other responsibilities assigned by supervisor. |

| Employment Type | Contractual for three years (may be renewed). Selected candidates offered compensation package and benefits as per Bank policy. |
