National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of HR Officer on a contractual basis to support HR operations and initiatives.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certification preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking. |
| Skills & Expertise | Good communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player; service oriented; knowledge of MS Office; understanding of HR functions. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships; support HR team in BAU HR activities; assist in implementation of HR initiatives/projects; respond to HR queries; maintain HR databases and prepare reports; keep abreast of modern HR practices and market trends; perform other duties as assigned. |

| Employment Type | Contractual for three years (may be renewed at Management's discretion). Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and benefits as per Bank policy. |
