NHA Invitation to e-Bids: 15 Routine Maintenance Packages on Motorway M-14 (RM-M-14-2026-27)

National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region (M-14) invites e-bids from eligible contractors on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for 15 routine maintenance works on Motorway M-14. Procurement will follow Single-Stage Two-Envelope method via NHA e-Bidding system.

- Contractors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
