Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through the E-PADS electronic procurement system under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure (PPRA Rule 36(b)). Bidding documents are available online at eprocure.gov.pk. A non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable to PIDCL by Pay Order/Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS and accompanied by original bid security as specified below.
