National Highway Authority (Muzaffarabad Region) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for 12 routine maintenance contracts covering stretches on routes S-2, S-3 and N-75. Works are for Routine Maintenance. Bids must be prepared and submitted through the NHA e-bidding system in accordance with bidding documents.
Eligibility: Contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Valid PEC registration Category C-6 or above with Specialization Codes CE-01 and CE-10 is required. Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes (technical and financial).
Important dates and submission: Bids must reach the address on the NHA e-bid portal on or before 2026-07-09 by 1200 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours. Prospective bidders should consult the NHA e-bids portal and NHA website for bidding documents, instructions, addenda and updates. Registration on the NHA e-bid portal and e-PAAS (if applicable) is required.
