DHAC Tender — Electrification Works for Water Supply Tanks, DHA City Karachi (Bids due 2026-06-22)

Issuer: Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, DHA City Karachi (DHAC). DHAC re-invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for electrification works related to underground and overhead water tanks in Sector-1 and Sector-2, DHA City Karachi.

How to obtain tender documents: Documents available from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi (Super Highway M-9, DHA City Karachi) during working hours from 2026-06-08 on submission of a written request, valid PEC registration certificate and payment of the non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000 by pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi. Firms that obtained documents for the earlier tender (published 09 May 2026) should submit fresh documents without additional charges.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 hrs, Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.
• Last date for bid submission: 2026-06-22 by 14:30 hrs — sealed bids to be delivered to Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi.
• Technical proposals opening: 2026-06-22 at 15:00 hrs in presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
• Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date to be notified.

Bid security & conditions: Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of DHA City Karachi. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Firms must comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules and regulations.
