SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids — Supply of Transmission Line Materials (Closing 2026-07-07)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) — Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit, SEPCO Sukkur.

Purpose: Invitation for single-stage, one-envelope e-bids for supply of transmission-line materials under SEPCO's own resources. Materials include tower parts and extensions, suspension and tension fittings, earthwire accessories and related transmission line hardware.

Submission & eligibility: Interested and registered manufacturers/suppliers must register and submit bids online through E-PADs v2.0 (PPRA). Bids submitted other than via E-PADs will be treated as non-responsive. Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, technical specifications, bid validity and evaluation criteria are available on E-PADs.

Bid validity and security: E-bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. All bids must be accompanied by bid security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in the shape of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, bank draft or pay order, valid for 120 days from the date of opening, payable in favour of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. Original bid security must be submitted to the office address given below.

Important notes: SEPCO reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities up to 15% and reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any authority. Follow WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC/IEC/PEC/PPRA standards where specified.
