GIK Institute Tender for Supply & Installation of Furniture (Tender #GRUPO/HM-113226)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure from reputed furniture manufacturers registered with tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for supply and fixation of hostel furniture.

Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms may be downloaded from the GIK website or collected in person from Admin Block, Room #F-12. Tender fee (non-refundable): Rs. 2,000. Bids must include all required documents and 2% earnest money of the total bid value.

Submission deadline: bids must be received by 12:00 Hours on 2026-07-06. Bids will be opened at 12:30 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the tender at any time without assigning reasons.
