SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids — Transmission Line Towers & Fittings (Multiple Lots)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for supply of transmission line materials under SEPCO’s own resources. Bidders must register and submit bids through the E-PADS e-procurement system. Procurement will follow national competitive bidding procedures.

Key procurement and eligibility notes:

• Bids to be submitted electronically via E-PADS v2.0; interested bidders must register on E-PADS.
• Bid security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan is required in the shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Banker’s Draft or Pay Order valid for 120 days from date of opening.
• Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening; bids with shorter validity will be treated as non-responsive.
• Procurement funded from SEPCO’s own resources. SEPCO reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity up to 15% and to accept/reject bids under PPRA/GCC rules.

How to obtain documents and submit bids:

• Bid documents, technical specifications and submission instructions are available on E-PADS and the SEPCO website. Prospective bidders must refer to the respective E-PADS package (see references above) for detailed item lists, quantities and schedule.
• Bid submission and opening are conducted electronically via E-PADS; bidders’ representatives may attend the opening.
