Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Installation of Visitor Chairs at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites bids through EPADS for supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs at the Outer Synthetic Athletic Track & grassy Football Ground, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Download and submission: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS along with complete technical and financial proposals. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key requirements and terms:

1. Firms must meet evaluation criteria as per bidding documents.

2. Provide proof of National NTN and firm entry on ATL along with bank statement.

3. Affidavit on judicial stamp paper (duly notarized) that the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

4. Bid security / earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original must be submitted to the undersigned before the closing date/time; otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive.

5. One copy of the technical proposal (hard copy) as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. Financial proposals should not be included in the technical hard copy.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
