The Deputy Commissioner, Bahawalnagar invites e-bids for the provision of cooked food/meals to prisoners confined in judicial lock-ups in Bahawalnagar for the financial year 2026-27. Only suppliers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS) may submit bids according to Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).

Key Conditions & Eligibility
- Only ePADS-registered suppliers may submit e-bids; bids submitted through ePADS will be valid/considered.
- Original bid security (CDR) must be submitted in hard copy before the e-bid submission closing time; failure to provide the original will lead to rejection.
