Tender: Repair & Supply (Tyres/Spare Parts, Lubricants & 45kg LPG) — Police College Sihala, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Commandant, Police College Sihala (PCS), Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi. Purpose: Sealed bids are invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well‑reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the purchase of miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026‑27 (rates applicable up to 2027‑06‑30).

Eligibility & Bid Documents:

• Firms must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and financially sound with prior relevant experience.
• Each bid (Technical & Financial) shall be submitted as a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes (Technical and Financial).
• Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened/downloaded later on dates notified on the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Bid Security & Performance Guarantee:

• Bid security: 3% of the total price of the bid — to be submitted digitally via Digital Bank mobile app / Corporate Payment Portal (Access jBill Invoice option) and process PSID using prefix 267901430 from the Punjab e‑Procurement Portal.
• Successful bidders to deposit performance guarantee equal to 3% of total contract cost digitally through PSID or by Swift MT760 to the advising bank. Performance guarantee will be refunded on successful completion of the contract.
