Key instructions and dates:
- Tender documents with detailed specifications will be sold on written request until 2026-09-15 upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- per tender in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of HBL A/C, CPC, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan (payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan).
- Closing / submission deadline: 2026-09-16 by 13:30 hrs. Tenders will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- Submit quotations separately in sealed envelopes by Registered Post/UMS or authorized courier to: Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan. Clearly mark the envelope with the Tender No. and due date.
- If a scheduled closing/opening falls on a public/forced holiday, the next working day will be considered.
