PEEF Invitation for Bids — Provision of IT / Electronics Equipment

Issuer: Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. PEEF invites sealed bids through the e-PAKS Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk for the provision of IT / electronics equipment and related services.

Procedure & Eligibility: Procurement will be conducted under the “Single Stage–Two Envelope” procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and PPRA guidelines. Bidders must be registered on e-PADS, appear on SECP approved/registered lists for building renovation services where applicable, and be registered with Sales Tax authorities where required.

Bid Security & Submission: Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in acceptable form. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded through e-PADS and the original Bid Security instrument (in original, sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the title of procurement) must be delivered to the PEEF office address by the bids’ submission date and time.

Documents & Fee: Separate Bidding Document containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) and submit their bids accordingly. In case of any e-PADS technical difficulty, prospective bidders may contact the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) help desk as listed in the bidding document.

Pre-bid Meeting & Opening: A pre-bid meeting will be held at the PEEF Conference Room, 1st Floor, Plot No.39, Kirthar Road, H-9/4, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by the stated submission deadline. The bid submission cut-off and bid opening will follow the times published in the bidding document; scanned copies uploaded to e-PADS and original bid securities delivered as instructed.
